Through Medical Mutual, the COSE Benefit Plan offers a comprehensive suite of wellness programs and benefits designed to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors. These wellness programs start with a health assessment to provide a baseline to help your employees better understand their health and identify risk factors for disease. Additional programs are available so your employees can make positive changes to improve their well-being.
MedMutual Wellness
Help your employees achieve their personal wellness goals and promote a healthy work environment with MedMutual Wellness. This program leverages resources from Medical Mutual and Bravo, our nationally recognized wellness organization, and can be added to your benefit plan.
How It Works
Employees on the medical plan are eligible to earn points by completing activities. You, as the employer, will receive a quarterly report of the completed activities. You decide how many points they need to earn rewards.

Pet Wellness
As a COSE Benefit Plan member, you have access to MedMutual Pet – powered by Wagmo – so you can relax knowing the wellness services your dog or cat needs are covered under your health plan. The below flyer provides additional information about this no cost program.

MedMutual Total Health™
With MedMutual Total Health™, your employees receive access to personalized, top-tier clinical resources that help improve your overall well-being and save money by addressing health risks as early as possible. Programs like digital and telephonic health coaching, advanced remote monitoring and virtual physical therapy offer customized support to meet your employees’ needs. Employees are eligible to participate at no cost if they have been diagnosed with any of these chronic conditions: asthma, diabetes, Heart Failure (HF), hypertension, pelvic health issues (for individuals with vaginal anatomy, regardless of gender identity), Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), musculoskeletal pain, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
*Total Health will replace what was formerly known as Chronic Condition Management effective 1/1/2025 for COSE Benefit Plan groups.
Wellness Portal
Through the Wellness Portal on My Health Plan, employees can learn about a variety of health and wellness topics, enroll in your health plan’s wellness or Chronic Condition Management program (if available) and receive reminders about needed care. Interactive tools are also available to help employees set and achieve wellness goals, such as eating healthier, managing stress and quitting tobacco.
Fitness Discounts
Your employees can save money on memberships to local and national fitness clubs through Medical Mutual’s Fitness Discounts Program.
QuitLine Program
Medical Mutual’s QuitLine is available to help tobacco users give up the habit for good by providing one-on-one coaching, a personalized quit plan and educational materials. In addition, nicotine replacement therapy is available to maximize their chances of quitting.
WeightWatchers® Programs*
To help employees reach their health and wellness goals, Medical Mutual members can enroll in a program at a discounted rate of nearly 50% off standard membership fees.
